Henry Baskerville is an associate at Stetler & Duffy.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Baskerville worked for the City of Chicago Law Department and the Law Offices of Daniel Lynch where his practice focused primarily in the area of commercial litigation and securities litigation.

Mr. Baskerville’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, including securities litigation and the investigation, defense at trial, and appeal of white collar criminal matters, including bank fraud, mail fraud, public corruption, and securities and tax fraud.  He represents companies and individuals in defense of criminal allegations. 

Mr. Baskerville graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy, cum laude, from Boston College.  During law school, Mr. Baskerville was a senior editor on Loyola’s Consumer Law Review.  He is a member of the bars of the State of Illinois and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois.
